By signing up for service with H2O To Go, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Service Schedule
Deliveries are scheduled bi-weekly or monthly, per your selected service plan. Future deliveries may be based on your previous usage unless otherwise requested.
Payment Terms
A valid payment method (credit card or ACH) must be kept on file. Charges will be processed in accordance with your delivery schedule.
Bottle Responsibility
Customers are responsible for returning all bottles in good condition. Charges apply only if bottles are damaged or not returned (subject to an $8.00 replacement charge per bottle).
Delivery Access
Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access for delivery. Requests for special delivery times or off-route deliveries may be subject to additional fees.
Equipment
Any rented or provided equipment remains the property of H2O To Go. Customers are responsible for proper use and care. Damage or loss may result in additional charges.
Changes & Cancellations
Any changes to delivery quantity or schedule should be communicated in advance. H2O To Go reserves the right to adjust service policies with notice.
