How do I clean my water cooler?

When is my delivery day?

Your delivery day will be predetermined based on the route in your area. A calendar will be sent at sign-up with your monthly delivery day.

How do I add more water to my order?

Please call 36 hours ahead of your delivery so we can make sure it ends up on the truck.

Why is my cooler leaking water on the floor?

Accidents happen and bottles do crack. If a bottle has a crack or hole it will cause the actual cooler to look like it is leaking. Please replace the bottle with a new one and the leaking will stop.

When should I leave my bottles out so they can be picked up and replaced?

The day before your scheduled delivery day.

Do I have to pay bottle deposits or replacement fees?

No, we do not charge bottle deposits. Charges apply only if bottles are damaged or not returned.

How can I pay my bill?

Online or over the phone. We take credit cards.

What kind of water is being bottled?

We bottle Reverse Osmosis (R.O) water through an Eight-Step process.

How many bottles can I get at one time?

You take as many as you would like. However, there is a 3-bottle minimum to start.

How many days ahead do I need to place my order?

If you would like to add to your order, please call 36 hours in advance.

How can I skip my delivery?

Please call ahead of your delivery.
